Will sold out designs, be re-printed?

It depends, I'm not working on any of that spring/summer - Autumn/Winter wise guy chatter. I'm just looking to make lasting, original designs, so I usually state when I launch the t-shirt whether it will be a limited edition run or whether it will be an open classic to return for ever more...

Do you take returns?

I do indeed, you'll find return information under the 'returns' section in the footer of the homepage.

What payment methods do you accept?

At the moment I use the fine people at paypal...we're looking into using other forms of payment.

What happens if my order does not arrive?

Send me a message sharpish, & we'll get to getting it sorted for you. I've added an option of recorded & un-recorded 1st class delivery options, obviously by taking the un-recorded delivery your at risk of your order getting lost in space...but this very rarely happens, as it's very hard indeed to get to space.

What default currency are t-shirts charged at?

GBP

Can I cancel my order?

You can, but you'll break my heart in the process.

My items are damaged, what do I do?

Are your t-shirts being sold in any physical shop/store fronts?

Not yet, but it's a definite plan for 2012 - so if you own a shop, company, or online store & your interested in stocking current or future designs, get in touch & we can talk all things BearHug.

Can I track my order?

Yes, I'll do my best to add each tracking number to all recorded deliveries, If not - send me your delivery postcode & I'll send you over the number.

What are the washing and caring instructions of the t-shirt?

Don't iron the lovely print whatever you do...I'm saying this because I found out the hard way. 

How long will it take to receive my item?

Do you ship internationally?

Yuup, In the past 6 months I've sent t-shirts & prints to USA....AS FAR AS HAWAII, CANADA, EUROPE, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, BRAZIL, MEXICO, & RUSSIA. All sent & arrived safely, just let me know If you want to know any other details on international shipping.
