If you select a ‘signed for’ service, please make sure someone is at home to receive the package. If the package cannot be delivered, it may be returned to us. We can resend it, but additional postage costs will be applicable.

If an item does not arrive, providing we have dispatched the item and have the relevant proof of postage, we must submit a missing parcel form with the carrier prior to any offered refund. In this case it is the carriers policy that we wait 15 working days (UK) and 20 working days (internationally) before this can be done.
