Mr William James 'Bill' Murray - We salute you sir! This was the original 'watch a film & draw a famous face' illustration, as I drew It only weeks before Christmas 2009 & heavily into my play on words...Murray Christmas happened. I didn't expect the reaction It would received once online - I'm now known locally as the 'Murray Christmas fella'. You'll probably see imitations, but this is the original & classic 'Murray Christmas' design.

• Orders not dispatched on weekends or bank holidays
• An email confirmation will be sent when the order has been dispatched, this will be sent to the email address stated on your order
• UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48
• As stated on the ROYAL MAIL website...  *Royal Mail 48® we aim to deliver the majority of your items within 2 working days, although there can be delays*

If it is an International Delivery it can take up to 20 working days to be delivered to you.

Pre Order Policy 

• All Pre Order items are not yet available and cannot be shipped until the advised delivery date.
• All pre orders must be paid in full to secure your order.
• The time frames of arrival provided on the Product Page are estimated via our suppliers and please know that these deliveries can be delayed or brought forward from time to time, but ensure that we will do our absolute best to make sure they come on time!
• If you have ordered Pre Order items with a launch date, we will then reserve your total order until the release date. The total order will be processed by us on or before the day of the release.
• Pre orders can be cancelled at anytime for a store credit, exchange or a full refund if emailed before it is dispatched.

• Merchandise must be returned within 30days. (Extended to 60 days due to COVID-19)
•  Items must be in their original form (NOT worn, altered, or washed).
• We reserve the right to refuse a refund/ exchange if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage.
• The Bearhug does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe an item is defective please give notice to info@thebearhug.com, before sending the item back.
• The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
• No refunds for items damaged in shipping, In that case, you must file a complaint with the carrier.
• We are not responsible for lost returns or exchanges.
• Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

• All Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

 Exchange Policy

• Merchandise must be returned for exchange within 30days. (extended to 60 days, due to COVID-19)
• Once we have received your package it can take up to 14 days to process an exchange.
• Additional postage & packaging will be charged for exchanges to be sent back out. You will be notified via email on the appropriate payment method.
•  Please be assured that all exchanges will be processed as quickly as possible.
