Overview - We’ve done our best to prepare for the Black Friday sale, but we can only guess at how it will pan out. Due to the increased volume of sales, we may take a little longer in getting back to you - but we’ll do our best! If you can add as much information in regards to your order as possible, this will speed up the process.
Next-Day delivery isn’t available during the festive period, as we’re unable to process in time. We’ll be dispatching orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48, then from the 18th of December, we’ll offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 as standard to ensure Christmas delivery. Tracking is available for all orders, If you don’t receive the information upon dispatch - get in contact using the above link. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to activate.

Orders will be dispatched on a first-come, first-served basis - but in some cases, this may not be possible. If you place multiple orders during the sale, we cannot combine them & each order will be dispatched separately.
RETURNS - All orders made during Black Friday Sale & in the run-up until Christmas will qualify for an extended return. This will allow you to return your order, for a refund up until January 31st. Any orders made outside of this period will be subject to our normal 30-day returns policy. All returns must be registered through our return’s portal. What size t-shirt will fit me?
This is a popular question...and as we all know, we're all shaped in our own lovely way - but we'll answer as accurately as possible.
We'll state on the design, if we feel the t-shirt fits differently or if we've swapped the product for a specialist design.
As we're currently in between products some of our clothing is on the Classic Fit Tees whereas others are on the Premium Fit. Please refer to the product page of each individual item to see the exact size chart.
The below size chart is for our Classic Fit Tee's;
SMALL - 36/38" MEDIUM - 40/42" LARGE - 42/44" XL - 46/48"
Can I buy a T-Shirt as a gift?
Yep, just let us know any of the little details you want to add & we'll do our best to put these in place! i.e a hand-written message by Luke to accompany the order.
Will sold out designs, be re-printed?
We're just looking to make lasting, original designs, so we will usually state with the launch the T-Shirt whether it will be a limited edition run or whether it will be an open classic to return for ever more...
What happens if I Pre Order an item?
If you have ordered Pre Order items with a release date, we will then reserve your total order until the release date. The total order will be processed by us on or before the day of the release.
All Pre Order items are not yet available and cannot be shipped until the advised delivery date, they must be paid in full to secure your order.
Sizing is stated on the specific designs product page however not all Pre Orders can be the same size as other products on the website.
The time frames of arrival provided on the Product Page are estimated via our suppliers and please know that these deliveries can be delayed or brought forward from time to time, but ensure that we will do our absolute best to make sure they come on time!
Do you take returns?
We do indeed, you'll find return information under the 'Shipping & Returns' section in the footer of the homepage.
What payment methods do you accept?
We sell to customers all over the world, so we've done our best to let you pay in your own currency. With our current payment provider, we can now accept payments in 40 different currencies.

What happens if my order does not arrive?
If this unfortunately happens, e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number & the name you ordered under. We'll endeavour to resolve any issues asap!

Are your T-Shirts being sold in any physical shop/store fronts?
We've held off for a couple of years now, as we wanted to build a strong platform with our customers. We're now looking to move the brand forward & start to get the designs in stores. For any info on wholesale, e-mail - firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I track my order?
For UK orders, Recorded delivery is available upon checkout, you will get the tracking code to you within 48 hours of dispatch. With Royal Mail 24 & 48 you are not provided with tracking information.
For International orders, International tracked is available upon checkout, you will get the tracking code to you within 48 hours of dispatch. For Airmail you are not provided with tracking information, we would advise you to choose Recorded if you have any concerns.
What are the washing and caring instructions of the t-shirt?
Wash inside out, on a low heat at 30-40 & please don't iron the artwork, it's not a good look, iron your clothing inside out! Most importantly just wash with loving care...
