- If you select a ‘signed for’ service, please make sure someone is at home to receive the package. If the package cannot be delivered, it may be returned to us. We can resend it, but additional postage costs will be applicable.
- We cannot be held responsible for items damaged in shipping, in this case you must file a complaint with the carrier.
- If an item does not arrive, providing we have dispatched the item and have the relevant proof of postage, we must submit a missing parcel form with the carrier prior to any exchange/refund being offered. In this case it is the carriers policy that we wait 15 working days (UK) and 20 working days (internationally) before this can be done.
- PLEASE NOTE: Your order can take up to 3 working days to be dispatched, once it has been dispatched, depending on your chosen delivery option, it can take up to 5 working days to be delivered to you in the UK. If it is an International Delivery it can take up to 20 working days to be delivered to you.

- All Pre Order items are not yet available and cannot be shipped until the advised delivery date.
- All pre orders must be paid in full to secure your order.
- If you have ordered Pre Order items with a launch date, we will then reserve your total order until the release date. The total order will be processed by us on or before the day of the release.
- Sizing is stated on the specific designs Product Page however not all Pre Orders can be the same size as other products on the website.
- The time frames of arrival provided on the Product Page are estimated via our suppliers and please know that these deliveries can be delayed or brought forward from time to time, but ensure that we will do our absolute best to make sure they come on time!
- Pre orders can be cancelled at anytime for a store credit, exchange or a full refund if emailed before it is dispatched.
Sample Sale / Grab Bag Orders
- All Sample Sale / Grab Bag orders are Random unless requested.
- If you have emailed with your top 5/10 chosen designs, provided we have the stock in your requested size you will be sent one of these. If you have not emailed requesting a specific design you will be sent a random T-shirt in your requested size.
- We cannot guarantee that all the designs you provide to us will be available in your size. Please read the product description to find out exactly what designs are available.
- No Exchanges or Refunds on Sample Sale Orders.

- For International customers use the downloadable returns form below - PRINT & FILL OUT
- Merchandise must be returned within 30days (EXTENDED TO 90 DAYS DUE TO COVID-19)
- Return form must be included
- Items must be in their original form (NOT worn, altered, or washed).
- Sample Sale items are not available for Exchange or a Refund.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund/ exchange if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage
- The Bearhug does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe an item is defective please give notice to email@example.com, before sending the item back
- For International customers - the cost of returning the items is your responsibility
- No refunds for items damaged in shipping, In that case, you must file a complaint with the carrier
- We are not responsible for lost returns or exchanges
- Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable
- All Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Merchandise must be returned to exchange within 30days
- Once we have received your package it can take up to 14 days to process an exchange
- Additional postage & packaging will be charged for exchanges to be sent back out. You will be notified via email on the appropriate payment method.
