NEW T'S/SWEATSHIRT/BEARCLUB
Evening all, So I've been a bit lax on the owld blog front, but the world has tied me down...nah, just going through some big steps in life & that seems to take up alot of time! This blog can be a perfect opportunity to give a subjective take on what I'm getting up to...It will not answer the daily question of 'What pen's do you use...?'...buut It will let you know what's next, what may have snook by & what type of hand towel I like to use...
So I've churned out a few t-shirts this month, with all 3 equally cruising to my most popular set of designs. The wolf artwork, needed to be drawn & because I'm in the middle of commission lock-down, time was pretty rare. I decided to just do a quick, rough sketch, & maybe go back to it when I had the time. 2 hours later is was up online, everyone went nuts, & then within 30 mins It was a fully fledged member of the BearHug stockpile. I'm really pleased how the t-shirt turned out, the artwork fit the t-shirt really well & works right across the sizes. In comparison the Johnny Cash T, started out a few months back & I was unsure whether to get it made up - In the end It was a really strong design & had to be turned into a limited edition T (less than 15 left by the way)...Lastly is the new sweatshirt, this I'm really excited about & close to taking delivery - I'm planning a whole post about it in a few days, so keep an eye out.
So in other news - I've had an idea I've wanted to do for quite a while now, but never really wanted to rush it. I'm looking to start up a quarterly, limited edition, print & t-shirt set. Every 3 months each member will receive -

Afternoon to you...just a quick one - but I thought I'd update you on all the goings on!
The No.1 Bear & The Art of Front
So If you follow my moves regularly...then stop - I'll call the police. Nayyy, of course I mean my interweb movements, well If you do you'll know that the grey 'Bear No.1' T-Shurryyt is now available! I'm beyond happy with this one - the feel of the t-shirt, the placement, and the detail of the finished artwork...

So I made a last minute decision to film myself drawing, it's not the greatest process video out there - but you get the idea behind how i construct each of my drawings. It's sped up, because If it wasn't...you'd miss your next meal. Hopefully in the distant future, I'll make an even fancier, more thought filled version - not something that resembles the Blair Witch Project...
Obviously this is just an 25 minute sketch, using letraset promarkers...but like I said you get the idea of how it all works!
Anyways stick with it, even it's just for the music! (Beastie Boys).
